 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon....a medium bodied red, with capsicum, spice and berry characters. A cool wet year has created a softer style than the typical tannic & astringent Mudgee Cabernet for drinking in the short term to 5 years.

Prominent capsicum, pepper and chocolate characters with minimal tannins, thus not too bitter and astringement. Drink now, or during the next four years with rare flavoursome stir fries and richer tomato based pasta sauces.
