 2003 Tempranillo...most Australian grapes have their home in France. Tempranillo was our first choice red grape planted, as Mudgee closely resembles Rioja, Spain's most famous red region.
It makes an earthy, cherry & savoury light to medium bodied red for early to adolescent drinking.
Very few examples of this variety exist in Australia.
